The name VOLF is well renowned within the industry. We are located in the Daylesford, Victoria area, but travel to wherever work is required.
Josh Volf - Owner
I was raised in Daylesford, Victoria. My father would take me to work in Melbourne on school holidays from 12. I quickly realised the flooring industry was something I was very interested in. I guess I was born into it and have another family member in the industry.
After finishing high school, I worked full time in Melbourne, travelling with my father every day. I learnt so much working for other companies and got an excellent taste for what styles of concrete finishes I wanted to strive towards.
Fast forward to the present, and we are achieving our goals and pushing the limits for quality whist refining our style.
Joe Volf - Founder
Joe Volf started in the flooring world in the 1990s. He refined his skills for many different companies, mainly installing epoxy floors.
There was one company that stands out for the highest quality that Joe and myself worked for. Learning what you could call 'old school methods' have definitely shaped the future for us. We are very grateful for those times.
Joe continues to work on the tools whist managing quotations and logistics.
